A Persian Dream

I dreamt I flew away to a land of mystique and music.

Where wild and miraculous beasts roared, then grew tender under my touch.

I donned sequined slippers and danced with mysterious strangers.

I explored cobbled laneways,

 and discovered hidden doorways.

Until a magic lantern guided me home.

Des jolies photos qui accompagnent de jolis mots... Très romantiques et mystérieux à la fois.

  2. Thank you so much for your thoughtful and kind note you left on my blog. I do appreciate it very much. I am so sorry to hear about your mother. I know that is/was a very painful experience.
On a happier note, I love your poem about all of your books. Yes! Do I ever need more bookcases. My books are absolutely everywhere.
Hope that you are enjoying beautiful warm weather.

  3. Thank you Ellen. Yes it was very hard, but some time has gone past now, and although the grief never completely goes away, it does become more bearable.

And that book pile just keeps growing.......

Thank you for stopping by and taking the time to comment. I do appreciate each and every one and will do my best to reply. I do apologise for the comment moderation I've been forced to put into place thanks to Mr Dark's spamming. It was not so much the spamming that bothered me - it was his appalling grammar.
