Forgotten Sydney

Sometimes an amble about town reveals hidden treasures.

Sinister stairways.

Train stations for the departed.

Vine covered dwellings and abandoned abodes.

Hidden laneways and backstreets.

I think one needs to amble often to appreciate one's habitat.
What do you think?

  1. I think you're absolutely right! Intriguing shots - there's a story in every one of them.

  2. I definitely agree that we need to be flâneurs in the areas in which we live. When I try to see my city through the eyes of a first time visitor, I develop a different perspective on my environment.

Thank you for stopping by and taking the time to comment. I do appreciate each and every one and will do my best to reply. I do apologise for the comment moderation I've been forced to put into place thanks to Mr Dark's spamming. It was not so much the spamming that bothered me - it was his appalling grammar.
