Forgotten Sydney
Sometimes an amble about town reveals hidden treasures.
Sinister stairways.
Train stations for the departed.
Vine covered dwellings and abandoned abodes.
Hidden laneways and backstreets.
I think one needs to amble often to appreciate one's habitat.
What do you think?

The third shot is my favourite!
ReplyDeleteI think you're absolutely right! Intriguing shots - there's a story in every one of them.
ReplyDeleteI definitely agree that we need to be flâneurs in the areas in which we live. When I try to see my city through the eyes of a first time visitor, I develop a different perspective on my environment.
