Our grand
Town Hall. Built between 1868 and 1889 on the site of the
Old Sydney Cemetery that was used between 1793 and 1820. Before construction only a basic clearing and exhumation of the land was done which lead to rather interesting and a little macabre finds during subsequent excavations. The place is open during business hours and
guided tours are also available for a donation. Exhibitions are also regularly held as I mentioned previously
here. I also took a colour photo but thought my black and white one looked much more "arty".
